Debugging of Parallel and Distributed Programs (HVC 2010)(Invited Lecture)
By: João Lourenço
Programs have bugs. That's a fact! And many of those bugs must be eliminated before programs are deployed. Parallel and distributed programs have potentially many more bugs than sequential programs, and are much harder to debug, In this talk we will discuss the importance of observation in parallel and distributed program debugging, and cover briefly the techniques and technologies used to debug such programs.
