WiSeNet - A Simulation Platform for Wireless Sensor Networks
WiSeNet is a simulation platform for the design, study and evaluation of secure routing protocols for Wireless Sensor Networks. The platform allows a systematic development and study of security properties of secure and intrusion-tolerant routing protocols. These protocols can execute over pluggable radio models and MAC protocols and can support multiple application modules. This allows the simulation of different routing conditions and topologies, executed atop of different mac-layer protocols, implemented over a discrete event execution kernel. The kernel and the parametrization of the graphical simulation envionment allows for the parametrization of radio transmission, collisions and noise conditions accordi with Mica-2 inspired settings, based on a Gaussian-radio model and Rayleigh model.
